代办CIQ服务流程：
Step 1:与我司业务确认货品是否能做、是否符合国检局的要求
Step 2:入仓前一天提供精确的装箱单资料（最晚监装当天10点半前），以便我司安排报检、预约，越早提供越早安排
Step 3:最佳入仓时间：上午10点前，早到早卸货
Step 4:卸货、验货、拍照、装货、上CIQ封条、出仓
